Repeated performance of the same tasks is not boring, because they were prepared in such a way that each time they run a little differently. Guards, police officers, FBI agents, SWAT teams and other criminals interfere in the execution of missions. The gameplay in PayDay 2 is cooperative - close cooperation with fellow gang members is essential to achieve success. Each of them has its own skill tree and uses appropriate equipment. Playable characters are divided into four specializations (Mastermind, Enforcer, Ghost and Technician). The game offers a number of different types of tasks, among which, apart from typical robberies, we can also find kidnappings or drug transports. Up to four players take part in the missions.

I don't know if that's normal, though I haven't checked if there were any recent updates, but that could explain part of my problem.Ī quick search on google wasn't too helpful either, though I was only searching for Payday 2 issues, as I've been able to download and install other files without issue.PayDay 2 is a co-op FPS game which is a continuation of the successful production from 2011. Now it's telling me it's still at 17.0GB but the new total is 19.1GB. It eventually got stuck at 17.0GB out of 17.1GB before I tried the old pause and resume trick a few times.

I restarted my PC for the download to start at 0% again. I decided to pause and resume the download a few times where it eventually went to 16.9GB, but now the total was 17.1GB. It eventually settled on 16.8GB pf 16.9GB completed but wouldn't go any further. The first few days had the download stopping and starting a few times which I thought was a bit odd. So I've been trying to download Payday 2 since it became free about a week ago.
